In case of an unforeseen situation, we are here to assist you. A pharmacist is on call every day until midnight to address your concerns or initiate the management of a new issue.
This service is available only to our regular clients:
Monday to Friday between 10 PM and midnight
Saturday and Sunday between 5 PM and midnight

It is absolutely possible to become a client in order to access emergency services. To do so, you will need to complete a file opening questionnaire with several questions. Therefore, it is highly recommended to first schedule a file opening appointment to benefit from the extended accessibility of our services without administrative concerns in the future.

Following your consultation with the pharmacist, if he/she considers that it is necessary to start the prescribed treatment immediately, he/she will come to your home to give you your medication and the recommendations for use.
We consider that the majority of pharmacy emergencies concern the initiation of treatments against infections and painkillers. As exceptions are always possible, we also carry out a "case by case" assessment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to keep all medications that might be urgently prescribed in stock. However, rest assured that our medication inventory allows us to meet the majority of such needs.
A pharmacist is on call to address your urgent needs from Monday to Friday, between 10 PM and midnight.
